Very friendly and detailed. Communicating everything including the troubleshooting steps. Called to schedule an appointment same day, dropped the car off and next day it was done. If you need your car serviced, you have to take it to KS Auto!

I had an emergency brake issue and had no idea where to take my car. After reading countless favorable reviews about KS Autocare, I decided to give them a call to see if they could fit me in as soon as possible. From the moment Ivan answered the phone, I knew I had made the right choice. He was incredibly helpful and got me in right away so they could inspect my car. The team quickly diagnosed the problem, clearly explained exactly what was wrong, and had my brakes repaired much faster than I expected. The communication throughout the entire process was excellent. They took the time to explain everything in detail, which I really appreciated, and they even returned my car in better condition than when I dropped it off! A huge thank you to Ivan, Seth, and the entire KS Autocare team for your outstanding customer service, honesty, and quality work. It’s not often you find an auto repair shop that makes a stressful situation so easy. I will absolutely be bringing my car to KS Auto for all of my future maintenance and repairs!

Had an air conditioner issue. Always used my dealer but was hesitant when they quoted me an outrageous estimate just to do the test/check. Found KS Auto online and, after checking reviews, decided to give it a try. Spoke to Ivan and felt comfortable that they were not going to take advantage of my situation with a 2010 Honda that I didn’t want to spend a fortune to fix. Brought the car in at 9am. Ivan called me in a couple of hours to provide the news that I did have a leak but they could fix it for a reasonable price. Long story short….they tested for leaks/issues, fixed the problem, and refilled my refrigerant all for less than what the dealer had quoted for the test alone. Most importantly, Ivan explained everything and was professional and pleasant. Both he and Doug were responsive to my calls and questions. I will be back for future service and I highly recommend KS Autocare for your automotive repairs and maintenance.

KS auto was excellent in their services. The most work I had to do was sign off on the work and pick up my car. Every detail was broken down for me to understand what was wrong and what needed to be done immediately. The estimate email I received was top notch. All I had to do was go over the issues and sign off on the work. It breaks down every detail of what they found and what they will do to fix it. The car runs well and will definitely be going back for any other maintenance needed.

Automotive repair is something we all hate because it seems like its always costly and never something we budget for. Plus, can we trust the mechanic? We brought my son's Jetta in for rear brakes and bearings. Seth called us back with an estimate and with pictures to back it up. My husband & I have brought our cars to them for years, never disappointed, pleased with their professionalism, service and price. Seth called us back with the final bill but it was much less then initially quoted. His mechanic said the labor wasn't as long as anticipated allowing them to drop the price! In this world how often does that happen? I was also given a free rose from a local florist, (Deb's Designs South Elgin). WOW it's stuff like this that makes people keep coming back to K&S! Honesty, experience and service. We saved money for our son plus I walked away with a beautiful Rose! It doesn't get much better than that!!!
